The freezer gets to -10 degrees and everything is fine. Then it climbs to +10 degrees and climbs until the ice begins to melt and then cools back to -10 degrees. Any help appreciated. Thank you.

If the fans still run when it fails, I would check the compressor in the back, may be overheating.
