Here are parts for an ES 1, they should be a close match to yours.
If ordering check with the parts people just to be sure you get the correct part.

Do the oven lights and both outlets work.
Looks like one outlet uses L1 to Neutral and the other uses L2 to Neutral.
The clock/control uses L1 to Neutral so the above can be used to check your power.
Since the stove top elements work you know that you have 240 volts but you may have lost Neutral and then the lights and clock will not work.
The best would be to check it with a meter. L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral should both be 120 volts.

Cannot say. Unplug the stove and check them for blown out sections/points.
In any case you have to find out what blew before proceeding.
Be sure to unplug the unit when working on it.

Sometimes an arc/spark of an element blowing or a shorted wire will also blow the clock/control.
