Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/27/2011(UTC) Posts: 1		mine has been doing this for years, once a month I have to take apart the freezer panels and use hot water to melt the ice in drain tub. Dealer says he does not know how to fix the problems but I see there are others complaining of same with Whilpool. I have heard you can wrap a wire around some heater and put down tub, does anyone out there tried this and if it works how do you do it?
