Hi,
Just received a replacement igniter bar from you for a GE Oven ( part # WB2x9154; Oven Model RGB745BEA2WH ).
The old igniter had 2 wires attached that were easily distinguishable since one had a spade plug on the end and the other had a square plastic terminal with a round connector in the middle. So knowing where these wires hook up to the oven is pretty clear. Unfortunately, I clipped the wires from the old igniter before I noted where the wires were attached to the igniter itself. Now I am not sure which wire goes where on the new igniter.
Does polarity matter in connecting the wires to the new igniter or can either wire connect to either igniter terminal? Hope I made that clear.
Thanks ... Joseph

It makes no difference. It's alternating current.
