How do I remove the Built in Microwave to replace the motor stirrer on top ? Is there a diagram showing how the cavity is removed from the cabinet case?

Look closely at the trim surrounding the microwave. you'll see screws that hold it together. Usually the side pieces come off, possibly exposing brackets that are attached to the supporting frame. The oven then slides out to access the power cord. It then disassembles like any other.
