Remove the back panel from the console and remove the two hex head screws located at the corners of it. You then should be able to slide the console forward and free of the cabinet. You'll see two brass plated steel spring clips connecting the cabinet to the back of the machine. Disconnect them, release the lid switch connector, and you can then rock the cabinet forward and off the chassis to access the motor/pump ass'y. The pump is attached to the motor with two spring clips. Remove them, pull the pump away from the motor (you can just move it out of the way without disconnecting any hoses); and the motor is attached with the same kind of clips. All this sounds very complex, but the whole process takes only about twenty minutes. Reassembly takes about the same amount of time, but you must be careful to locate the cabinet onto the tabs on the chassis, which can be a little tricky, since it is less stable in handling. Get someone to help if you must. It's not heavy, but it can be unruly

I Already Replaced The Coupler But It Did Not Fix The Problem? It Sounds Really Bad And The Agitator Does Not Move. But The Motor Runs Good.

I didn't realize you had already replaced the motor coupler. It sounds, from your description, that you have a bad gearcase. Can you turn the agitator by hand? In both directions? Does the machine spin? and drain ?

It Does Not Spin, But It Drains. Always With The Rattling Noise . It Seems Like The Shaft Is Not Grabing The Agitator
