Hi, You can start checking the evaporator coil is not ice up
and to make sure your evaporator fan is running.
If it is ice up you have a defrost problem, you will need to check
your heater and your defrost t-stat located on evaporator coil
if heater is good replace Defrost t-stat and clean all the ice in the coil.
