Hole in hose required me to cut the tube that was connected to the orange water valve connection point. Now the tube will not stay in place. What h/w or part is required to keep the tube connected to the water valve?

Thanks

Move the water valve so that the hose will fit in without straining it. You may need to drill a small pilot hole(s) for the mounting screw(s).
