I have a summit, 20 inch stove/oven. The oven does not heat to the correct temperature - it is always less than the temp requested. I have tried to find a thermostat that I can adjust - is there some way for me to calibrate the oven on a Summit? This unit is basic - 5 knobs on front of unit, no electronic controls whatsoever.

Remove the knob from the oven thermostat and check the inner side of the knob for any adjustment screws. Another possibility for an adjustment screw location is inside the thermostat stem.
