The front door panel of my GE oven fell off of the oven door. Strangely, it appears the panel is held in place only by an adhesive strip at the bottom - there are no screws or other fasteners holding it in place. My guess is that the adhesive weakened over time and gravity took its toll. When I place the panel back up, it stays for only a few minutes than falls off again. Seems like a very poor design. Any thoughts?

I have the same issue. it seems like all we need is a high temperature glass adhesive GE Profile Range glass door panel fell off - Appliance Blog Repair Forums
i plan on just going to the hardware store to get some. i'm not calling GE service and paying for someone to come out. it seems purely cosmetic and that we can still use the oven as the door and seal inside the door are still in place. but let me know if you have other thoughts or ideas...thx!

Did you all find an adhesive to work? This is my second oven having the same problem! It's my lower oven that I don't even use that much. Really disappointing considering the cost of the GE Monogram double oven. Please post a fix!!
