Water has gotten gradually slower over the last couple of weeks. Figured it needed a new filter. Went and got new filter. Installed. Water still slow. Pulled filter, put bypass cap on. Water flow normal. Put new filter back on. Water flow slow. Have pulled filter again, cleaned gasket, and reseated filter. Water still slow. No problems with the ice maker. Ice maker has good flow and makes solid ice. What's next?

First check your water supply and make sure you are getting atleast 25 PSI water pressure. If so, then you probably have a bad filter housing, and it would need to be replaced. Here is the part number as well as a link to the parts diagram page. Hope this helps. Part number: AP4080076
