I left oven on overnight and now oven bake or broil will not work. I have electrical background and tested the elements ( ohmed out ok). Found problem is that no power is coming off the l2 out connection on the eoc. So voltage is only 120 across the element from the bake port on eoc ( or broil ). What would cause the L2 port to not be putting out the other 120 volts? Bad eoc or thermal cut off? If bad eoc is it the $77 part 20 that is named clock? All other functions of oven work. Thanks!

Here is a more legible wiring diagram

There is no thermal cut-off in the unit.
So it leaves you with a burned off wire which you have probably already checked for or a bad eoc.
I am assuming that the stove top runs OK and that you are getting the full 240 to the unit.
Also that the control does not show the oven as being ready.

Yes.
You may want to remove it before ordering just to be sure you can get the overlay (A20) off it in decent condition.

Yes all the other functions of the oven work (stove top fine) I replaced the probe all ready and I eliminated a wiring problem as I was taking voltage reading directly off the EOC from the L2 port. I have 240 across the red and black. So it does sound like the EOC went bad, right? Seems weird that leaving oven on would make the EOC go bad. I was thinking there may have been some overheat safety built in somewhere. Although not pictured in the wiring diagrams an earlier post by you stated that sometimes they are added...

Yes, unfortunately it does sound like it is toast.
