I need to replace the dryer door switch assembly. I can't figure out how to open the dryer. It seems like it would be pretty easy but I can't seem to find the magic touch.

Here's your parts breakdown Model LGR5636JQ1

You will need to remove the lint screen & the screws by the screen. Then use a putty knife between the top & front and raise the top. Remove the two screws near the bottom on the front, pull up slightly on the front and remove the front.
