OK, Dishwasher controls have been slowly failing. First heavy wash wouldn't work and now just about everything but light wash doesn't work(even cancel). There are no indicator lights and I cant put in diagnostic mode etc.

On recommendation, I checked the thermal fuse and it has continuity. I assumed the control module assembly was bad so I ordered a new one and nothing has changed. Any ideas on whats next?

Here is your parts
Model DU941PWKQ1

Sounds like your keyboard is shot.
Remove the ribbon cable from the control board.
If the cable is the type that just has the insulation removed from the end, it can be cleaned with a pencil eraser. Do not use an ink eraser it is too abrasive.

If it has a connector on the end it can be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol or electronics cleaner and a tooth brush. Be gentle and do not reconnect till all the solvent has evaporated.

I doubt the above will solve the problem but is worth a shot.

If the ribbon cable has clear plastic insulation check it for hairline cracks across the tracks, a magnifying glass will help here.

Attached is a couple tech sheets

The first sheet does show the keyboard set up. You will need a meter to check it and some basic electronics knowledge.

The diodes and switches have to be checked.
