All display works fine and clock and timer is working. It will allow me to go through the steps like normal for oven, but nothing heats up, the same on broiler too. Worked fine before cleaning. Even tried the self cleaning once again just to see if it would heat up, it didn't.

Uninstall the oven and remove the back cover. You will find two thermostats. Test these for continuity. They should read closed or 0.
