We know this thing is over 30 years old but trying to get leak stopped to get us thru the holidays. Water dispenser had stopped working several years back but Ice maker was fine until 2 wks ago. Ice maker was cycling (could hear water line start and stop, but no ice ever dumped), but not making ice. When we looked at the back of the fridge, copper line was kinked and had cracked, so we repaired it. Also noticed air in plastic line running up back of fridge that seems to go to ice maker? After repairing copper connection, we thought all was well as of last evening. Thought would work today. Did notice that ice maker had now stopped cycling, and never heard water cycle as before. Today, floor is covered in water, not coming from copper line, but somewhere else near there. No manual and too old to fine one online. Can someone help?

Sounds like the water inlet valve is leaking. Remove the rear cover and check the water valve (the part where the copper tube is connected to) and the plastic tube (outgoing line).
Gene.
