Now when I try to start a load from the normal spots (Heavy/Normal/Light), it does nothing...when I have it set at Cold/Cold. All other settings (warm/cold, hot/cold) work just find. But for some reason Cold/Cold will only start at the Rinse & Spin setting. Cold water does come out when I start it, but again it will only start at the Rinse and Spin setting. I pulled the hoses off and cleaned the filters. Unfortunately I am at my wifes (we are both military and are based ~2500 miles apart :() house and I don't have the right tools (star bit) to take off the panel...about to make a lowes run. Any ideas? Thanks!

Try replacing it and see if that fixes things. As a work around until you get it fixed, if you really need cold/cold you can try turning off the hot spigot and set it on warm/cold and run it that way. Since the warm involves letting in both hot and cold, with no hot it should run cold water. Also, thanks to you and your spouse for serving, sorry you are 2500 miles apart.
