My dryer dried a load of clothes. I put in the next load and got nothing. I checked by breaker box; all was OK. We cannot get the back off the dryer; it is welded on. What is wrong and what do we do?

Open the dryer door and locate the model number and post it for the best information.

Here's a breakdown of your unit Model GEQ8811PL0. You will need to release the clips between the top and front panel to raise the lid then remove the front panel and drum to access the thermostats and element, which you will need to test for continuity. The part that does not have continuity is the part you will need to replace. Hope that helps. Nat
