What is the replacement procedure to remove and replace the two belts from the Clutch, Brake, Belts drawing? I have removed the front cover, but have no idea as to the remove and replace method. Please advise.

On this model you should be able to replace them from the bottom of the machine, not through the front. Hope that helps.
