The glass on the outside of my microwave door has popped out and I wondered if I have to replace the entire door or if you can tell me how to take the door apart so I just replace the glass. The model is GE Profile JE2160SF03. If I have to replace the entire door, can you tell me how to take it off as it is built in.

Thanks,

Remove the choke screws at the end of the door. You can take a flat blade screwdriver or butter knife, and carefully pry out the inner door seal. This is made of plastic so be careful not to break it. Once inside, you should be able to remove the painted glass assembly. Remove it and proceed to the the front glass. Hope this helps.

So you are saying not to replace the entire door but you can just replace the glass without taking the door off?

Yes you can just replace the glass, not the whole door. If you need the glass, here is the part number, along with a link to the parts diagram. Hope this helps.Part number: AP3205414

We got the plastic part off of the inner side of the door but don't see any choke screws or how to get to the inner panels. Help!

Some of the doors do not use choke screws. The inner part has clips around the inside that holds it in. Release those clips and lift it out. Hope this helps.
