You can remove the front panel, and observe the washer operation and get a better idea of when, where it leaks. To remove the front panel There are two, phillips head screws, one on each side, located a couple of inches up from the bottom of the panel, use a short(stubby) screwdriver and remove the screws, pull out on the bottom of the panel, it will unclip from the top assembly, and you can set it aside. *** DO NOT reach inside, while the unit is running, you could get hurt or shocked *** As for a slow agitation, it could be as simple as a worn out drive belt or a seizing agitator shaft(at this point), do you hear a rumbling or grinding noise when it's washing ? To check the belt(s) you'll need to raise the front of the washer a few inches, and reach under the machine, in the left front corner under the motor and slip them off the pulley, and check the motor base/roller assembly for free, back and forth movement. Once we get a better idea of your leak, and belt condition, we can go from there, Thanks, :) :) :)
