The screw that mounts the dishwasher to the countertop fell into the tub. When I was trying to retrieve the screw, it fell into the tub further and went down below the spray arm.
My husband has tried to remove the spray arm with no success. Any suggestions?

The wash arm has a small circular nut that is reverse thread. when that is removed you will see torx screws that hold the pump top on. its a matter of remembering what you take off as you go further in to the pump assy and reversing those steps when reinstalling. Take pictures if needed as you go.

Thank you. I'll give this to my husband tonight when he gets in from work.
