Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 12/10/2008(UTC) Posts: 3		Hi We have a Maytag Gas dryer (7.0 cu). It was working fine but now, it appears to be completing each cycle a lot faster. No matter what temperature cycle i choose it appears to be completing everything within 20 minutes. This leaves all clothes partially wet. What might be wrong with it? I had a gas guy check the temperatures and he said that the dryer is producing between 120 and 160 degrees of heat, so that doesn't seem to be problem. For some reason, the dryer is completing the cycle fast. Any ideas? Any suggestions? Please help Thank you

But it would tumble and produce heat when empty. So i opened the dryer to check for the belt, and noticed lint accumulation near the rotator. After i put everything back together, i faced the current problem. Thanks again.
