I have Kenmore Elite Dishwasher that is not gettting any water. I start the cycle and all lights work and buttons work to change cycle. But the water does not fill. I checked the water fill valve and float switch. Both work. I checked continuity - fine. I put 120V on the inlet of float valve and water came on & off from myself raising / lowering the float - it works. I don't have schematic and can't find model number. I think it is the board model 974483 or new model 8530929. But since I don't have schematic don't know if there is anything else in series for the 120 to activate fill valve. The 120VAC is getting to board. There are three relay's on the control board. Don't know which is for fill valve. Any ideas? Is there something before the float but after the computer board that could stop the voltage? Thanks

Chances are that you have a bad board. The components involved in the fill cycle are the door switch, fill valve, and the overflow switch. Check to make sure your electrical hook-up athe dishwasher is sound. Check especially for a loose or disconnected neutral or ground wire.
