my washing has become off balance really bad, it does it on very spin cycle and i have even tried to lighten my loads and even them but it still spins off balance. can you help me to fix this problem? i would like to be able to do it myself.

Check your support springs and the balance ring around the top make sure they aren't cracked or broken.
