Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 2/4/2011(UTC) Posts: 1		Amana Refrigerator - Ice maker works great but the water dispenser on the door stopped working. I can hear the pump but nothing comes out. I have changed the filter. Is it a valve that needs changing? If so which one?

JB, First thing, Check the water tank(behind the crisper drawers in the fridge compartment),see if it is frozen, and make sure there's water in the tank. Part number: AP4246832 As for fill valves, You have a dual valve system, and have two solenoids on each valve, each valve is activated when water is needed. If the one solenoid on either valve has failed, you won't get water to the component selected. Were it me, I would replace both valves Part number: AP4009555 Part number: AP4013716 :) :) :)
