I am trying to replace the Bellow in my duet washer and am having trouble with how to get the control panel off..i was never given a manual when I purchased the washer..There are two screws that I can see when I look inside that need to come out but they are not visible from the outside of the panel. can anyone help

You shouldn't need to remove the control panel to replace the bellows. Here's the manual for a Duet.
