Is there a way to solve a rust problem on racks. I tried to replace the bottom rack and the new rack did not fit. It fell off the track when I pulled the rack out. I have heard of a kit for this problem. Does it work and, if so, where can I find it?

I do not know of the kit you are referring to, hopefully someone else has heard of it.

When you installed your new rack did you make sure the double roller set was at the front if not the rack will fall into the space between the door and the tub.

There is a paint/kits that can be used to repair rusty racks.
