purchased new lower dishrack but cant remove sprayer arm from old dishrack. doesnt snap off or twist/turn. if I hack saw if off - how to install on new rack?

Jklinda,

I believe you mean the power nozzle, in the center of the lower rack ?

Yes, it can be a difficult process, but it can be done.

It is a twist, snap and lock, attachment device.

You need to twist it in a counterclockwise direction, if you haven't you may want to set the rack on it's side on the floor or a table, you may even have to use a rocking motion, while you twist,in order to "break the tabs loose, from the rack.

I've attached a picture/diagram of the part (you can use it if you decide to replace the nozzle), but if you review the pictures, I'm sure you'll have a better understanding of the situation.
