Whirlpool Side by Side: During last 24 hours, both compartments have stopped cooling. Electrical connections ok - fan and lights are on, but the cooling isn't. I took off the back cardboard panel and front grill - lots of dust and debris. I cleaned the coils and got nearly all the dust out. Replugged the machine and still no cool. What should I look for next?

Do you think it could be the freon tank needing to be recharged and if so what do I need to do to complete this task.
