Since you have replaced the thermostats, you obviously do not own a meter. So, without one, we can only assume. So, unplug the dryer, and take the large back panel off. Once you get it off, look back there and you will see a white thin part, abouit an inch and a half long, by a half inch wide, with 2 wires coming to it, and held in by 1 screw. That is the thermal fuse. Take the 2 wires off of it, and get the 2 terminal ends of the wires, and put them together, and get some tape a wrap it around them to keep them together. Be sure you cover all the metal on the terminal ends, because we don't want them to hit hit metal and short out. Then, plug the dryer in and see if it works. If so, replace the thermal fuse. Do not run the dryer that way. That is a saftey devise. It keeps the dryer from burning down the house. Let me know how it goes. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
