Is there a description or diagram on how to do this? Ie: where should I go into the dryer? The back and sides are one piece, so do I go into the front or top or bottom to get to the tumbler and belt. Are there other issues I should consider when I'm doing it? I've worked on my previous dryer (replacing the heating element), so I'm familiar with the "basics" of a dryer. This one just looks complicated due to the one-piece back and sides issue.

You go at this from the front, and can use the rear service panel to hook the belt onto the pulley.
