We use the economy/delicate cycle which is one wash and 2 rinse cycles. The dishwasher fills, heats at 12 amps, stops heating at about 150 degrees, continues washing, drains and fills for the first rinse, drains and fills for the second rinse but doesn't complete for a final drain and counts down to 1 but pumps forever. Running the test program, I have a "0" on the display throughout the cycle but the cycle completes normally. A continuous "0" throughout the test cycle indicates an open rins-aid level switch.

My question is are these two indicators consistent? Specifically, can an open rinse-aid level switch cause this operational problem? My thinking is that the open switch indicates either that the rinse-aid is always empty or that the rinse-aid is always full. It doesn't seem logical that this would cause my operational problem.

Another Bosch not completing cycle
Yeah, this is a somewhat common problem with Bosch dishwashers. Replace the control module and it should be back to normal.
