my washing machine started leaking on the fill cycle I removed the top cover and found a plastic box that has three hoses going to it that was cracked and spraying cold water. I took it off and sealed it up that stopped the leak but it appears that the drum (front loader) is out of balance even on very small loads it bounces around more than usual. after two weeks of use it started leaking again it is the same box it appears that the out of balance drum is hitting the box and beaking it. My questions are if you think the damper shocks are bad and what is the difference between part #ap4044557 and #ap4206554 and then also the "box" I can't find the part anywhere on the website on the wiring diagram it is listed as a"silver kit" stamped on it is guide-water DC61-01558A could you please share any info possible asap thanks

I have a top loading washer. Sometimes when I turn it on all the lights flash and the water starts running and it will not let me select a cycle. I have to turn it on and off several times to finally be able to use it. Anyone else have this happen?
