The washer motor works to run the washer. The drain pump is draining out the water. However, the drum does not spin when it is time to spin and drain.

no, the motor does not work in spin mode

Check your lid switch, probably broken.

There is no lid. It is a front loader. Also, the washer agitates, so I wouldn't think that it would be the lid or door switch. But that's why I'm asking you.

You are fortunate, Frigidaire has very good diagnostics sheet behind the kick panel on the left side. Follow the chain diagram for no spin, dispenser switch, door latch and timer are in the chain.

Front load washer, runs fine until it gets to the spin cycle. The washer then makes a loud noise and does not spin. The timer then cycles very slowly, each minute on the timer takes about ten minutes.
If you start the washer from the beginning, it works until you get to spin.
