Oven won't heat. Control panel keypad works normally. Pressing Bake -> Start and display turns to Heat, Lo which is normal. Both heating elements are 25-30 Ohms, thermistor is about 1100 Ohms. I thought after taking the rear panel off I would find a thermal fuse, but no. The Tech sheet does not show a thermal fuse. I also don't see one on the control panel, but it's working... Any ideas? Thanks!

Have you checked your power.
The control board , lights etc run off half the line (120 volts), while the elements require the full 240 volts.

Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times, sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker.
If this does nothing, check the voltage at the plug
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.

Wow! I had already flipped the breaker a couple of times, but I repeated flipping it slowly several times and checked the voltages as you suggested. All were present and now the oven is back in service! Thank you!! So I guess for the future, I'll have to determine whether it's just an aging breaker or if the oven still has a problem which caused the trip.
