We purchased our 26 sq ft beige with black trim refrigerator from Sears about 16 years ago.
It has served us well & we don't really have any complaints.
That said, for some time now we've been mildly bothered that the in-the-door ice & water dispenser only dispenses ice-cold water (from the tank in the refrigerator, behind the (2) bottom drawers + _crushed ice only_.
In other words, to have a glass of the half-moon (? is that the right term?) ice cubes as they are produced and stored in the generous bin with the "auger" thingie, we _must_:
1) OPEN the FREEZER door
2) LIFT the privacy flap door thingie
3) MANUALLY grab a handful of the whole cubes

This seems unsanitary to us, so we've only been serving crushed ice (and miss the whole cubes).

It's not as serious as most the other posts we've looked at in here, but it is more a quality of life issue for us - and something we'd very much appreciate someone helping us learn how to remedy.
