The top shelf of the dishwasher is not getting rinsed. The glasses have white granules in them after the cycle.

We have had bad calcium buildup, but I have cleaned it quite thoroughly with vinegar rinse cycles, and have physically scraped a lot off. It is much cleaner now and almost looks really good.

However, the top Sprayarm is not spinning around, which I assume is why the glasses are not being cleaned. I removed the Sprayarm and cleaned it and put it back together. It seemed to spin pretty freely, but now after a load or 2 it does not spin as freely. I also think the 3rd level sprayarm is not rotating.

Is it possible that there is not enough water pressure to spin it? What causes it to spin? The holes are not angled except for one, so I don't see what causes it to want to spin.

Any ideas on what to do?

Thank you

Our dishwasher does the same thing. We have no buildup. Please forward any good info. Thank you.
