The freezer section on our 7 year old Maytag fridge is not working. Freezer is on top. Food felt mushy so I put thermometer in and it's now risen to 37 degrees. Fridge part seems fine, is hold correct temp. There is water dripping out of door of freezer and when I pull it out there was a puddle. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Check to see if the compressor, condenser fan, and evaporator fan (the one inside the freezer compartment) all run at the same time.

The refrigerator gets its cool air from te freezer section; so eventually, it, too, will be warm.
