Our oven and broiler won't work. All burners do. When you push the switch to turn it on the panel lights up and the preheat clicks on but no gas or no glow on the ignitor. The same thing with the broiler. All I have read on here talks about the ignitor but I just can't see both ignitors going out at exactly the same time. I see the ignitors and under the warming drawer I see all the wires but where is the wires to check the ignitor at?? Any ideas are welcomed. Some one mentioned a solenoid of some kind on one post.

The problem can be a bad igniters, a bad gas safety valve, a broken wire or a bad control board.
You have to have a simple meter to perform the diagnosis and found which part is bad.
Let us know when you ready.

You are welcome.
The gas safety valve has to be checked for continuity between the two terminals with the wires removed. Normally it should read close to 0 Ohms.
