This freezers two drawers have a problem staying on their respective rails. When trying to install the drawers they either fall off or break the tab thats supposed to keep them on. If you look at it or measure it up there is no way that the drawers would fir properly anyway. Also have an issue with one of the shelves staying in its holes with the little rubber spacers installed. Is there any fixes available for these issues. MD#253.21041103 SN#WB15026344

It is very hard to say what is wrong without seeing the unit. Might be this diagram will help you. Gene.

Gene I believe its #79 or #80 on your diagram for which the basket is supposed to slide on. When I purchased this freezer the item #79 or #80 to which the baskets slide on were partly unscrewed so that the baskets would somewhat slide on them. When I got the freezer home I cleaned this it and tightened the screws that hold this so called "basket rails" on. After doing this I dont see how the baskets would fit in the first place. Any comments would be appreciated.

Did you even get a solution to get the baskets to stay on the rails?
