The top spray arm on my dishwasher continually falls off. I am able to screw back on but this keeps happening. How can I fix?

I'm not sure if you have a broken tab, holding the arm to the locking nut, or not reinstalling it properly. I've attached the part number for the complete Top spray arm assembly, and the install instructions from a service manual. You'll do fine. :) :) :) Part number: AP4514338
Upper Spray Arm The upper spray arm located in the top of the tub turns in a counter clockwise direction, and sprays simultaneously with the center spray arm. This spray arm is threaded to the end of the delivery tube. It is removed by turning the locking nut counter clockwise. This arm comes as an assembly consisting of an arm and locking nut. The spray arm will turn at about 40 rpm
