My Kenmore washer will fill and drain; won't agitate or spin. Red lite instead of green comes on if I push spin button. Changed lid switch. No change. Any suggestions?? Thanks, Joe

If you hear the motor running, in the agitation and spin cycle, then you need a coupler. It is between the motor and the clutch. Tom ApplianceEducator.com

Be Sure to check the transmission for looseness, this is probably what caused the coupling to break .
