dryer not shutting off . Timer was not moving so I replaced it. Still does not shut off on its own but the timer moves to the cool down cycle and the does not shut off

Would it stop on the timed dry?

Did you check the resistor (#20 on the diagram). It suppose to be about 5000 Ohms.
