After rinse mode, the washer is still full of water and suds. Not spinning as fast as normal, or it seems that way, and draining slowly.

You are using WAY,WAY to much soap!!!!! Run it through a cycle with NO soap using only COLD water, Do this as many times as needed to Rinse ALL soap out of the machine, Then start over using 1/4 cap of a GOOD quality soap!!!:)
