As the title says, the dryer's timer runs, but no tumbling, no noise (other than normal timer clicks), no heat. There are three of what appears to be thermal fuses. One near the exhaust and two on the heater, one at the bottom and the other at the top. They all have continuity (I removed a lead on each to check). The start relay seems to work. The door-open switch also seems to work, as the timer stops when I open the door.

At this point I'm not sure what to check next. I'm fairly technical and know enough to be careful probing around 220V circuits. So any ideas on what to try next?

Thanks. I found out last night that I really don't know what a thermal fuse looks like :-) What I was looking at are the thermostats and other thermal controls. I found out that the little white thing on the blower motor case is the thermal fuse, and it was indeed open.

If the snow lets up, I'm heading to the parts place today. Hopefully I can replace it, do a real good cleaning, and have us back in business tonight.
