My refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling. I unplugged the unit overnight and powered it back up this morning and it is still not cooling. I hear the fan blowing in the back and the compressor clicking on and off but everything is still warm. Please Advise!

If this is fairly short duration then you may have a start device or a compressor problem.
The compressor should turn on one click and then stay running till the unit is down to the set point temperature.
If the compressor is overheating for some reason it will be shut off (second click) by the overload protector (thermal cut-out).
Check that the condenser coils are clean and that the condenser/compressor fan is running.
