I rebuilt the washer tub due to a breakage on the internal tub itself hat made it out of balance. I tested the washer in the garage after the repair and all was well. I movedit intothe house and it will not spin now. The water pump works but the timing mechanism just makes noise like it is working but nothing happens. Pease help.

Since you do not have a model number I can only assume this is a basic Whirlpool made direct drive, in which case you should check out the clutch. If the motor is turning in spin cycle but the tub is not, the clutch is the logical problem.
Also, make sure the drive block is ok and on correctly.
