If both evaporator and condensing fans running, pull back panel of fridge and verify condensing fan is running and also the compressor. Just feel the compressor for vibration. Also verify condenser coils are warm/hot.
If everything ok, pull the freezer back panel and look for a totally frozen evaporator. If so, locate the defrost timer in the control panel. It will have an access hole to turn the knob. Turn it clockwise till the compressor turns off.
Check the defrost heater, it should be hot, if hot, you have a bad defrost timer,if not hot, you probably have a bad defrost thermostat, a round thing clipped to the evaporator coil.
Click on your model # to order the parts.
