PLEASE someone save my mental health...I have a Jenn Aire JMW 8530 AAB wall oven...I've been trying to remove the oven door to replace the inner glass BUT I can't remove the door...I've tried puttting pins in holes in latches but the door won't close all the way for removal...PLEASE can someone help!

As far as I know it should not close all the way.
